SEGRO has welcomed three new customers to SEGRO Park Rainham, as it continues to meet strong demand for well-located and modern industrial space in East London. The businesses will be located in the development’s Enterprise Quarter which provides industrial space designed to enable small businesses to thrive and grow.

SEGRO France has signed a 10-year lease for one of the 4 cells available with the Solina Group, an innovative global partner of the food industry through its local approach. Solina designs custom ingredient solutions for clients operating in the food industry, butchery, catering, catering and nutrition markets. The group wishes to contribute to the manufacture of gourmet, healthy, affordable and environmentally friendly food products. Its subsidiary Cap Traiteur, present on the SEGRO France site, markets innovative food solutions under three brands (Jaeger, Apollo and Nutrisis).

With the three new customers Lichttechnik H. Hessling GmbH, Nüthen Restaurieren GmbH and Ebert HERA Esser Holding GmbH renting a total of 2,200 square meters, SEGRO Park Düsseldorf Süd is almost completely rented
