Having created Europe’s largest data centre cluster, our dedicated group data centre team has the experience and know-how to provide the space, security and power required to meet your operational goals.

Food and drink

Our warehouses provide all the ingredients needed for food and drink production, from the utilities to packing space to the right locations. In addition, our joint venture with SmartParc is pioneering a new asset class dedicated to state-of-the-art sustainable food manufacturing and distribution.

Net-zero carbon

Developed to high-quality specifications, our buildings raise the bar of sustainable industrial design and low-carbon growth. Photovoltaic panels, sensor-activated LED lights and air-sourced heat pumps are used to reduce energy consumption. On-site electronic vehicle charging points support the speedy transition to electric vehicles.

Fast forward delivery

As shopping moves ever faster online, the pressure is on to increase delivery speeds and remove obstacles at every stage. The e-commerce leaders of the future will need to be able to guarantee same or next day delivery, with a narrow time window.

To help assist our customers achieve their own Sustainability targets, as of 2022 our new standard for developments over 5,000 sq m is BREEAM ‘Excellent’ and where possible we look to include solar panels and LED lighting as part of their base design.

Long-term engagement and ambitious partnership with local communities, customers, partners and suppliers will continue to be key as we bring our Responsible SEGRO framework to life as part of a wider vision, both for today’s challenges and for the decades to come.

To enable our people to support causes close to their hearts through their time and skills, we created our company-wide ‘Day of Giving’. It allows every team member to volunteer to support a cause personal to them or their team, or work with one of our partner charities or community groups.
