We want to create a space where you can achieve great things with us. To give you the best shot of success we make it a priority that every team has the right resources, training and coaching in place, and that these processes are reviewed and optimised frequently.
As an employee you get an interim and full year appraisal. These provide you and your leaders and mentors an opportunity to review progress, set objectives and define training plans and long-term goals.
This includes personal as well as professional objectives, and training is available to support both. You may also decide to take advantage of the opportunity to complete professional qualifications relevant to your role, for which SEGRO can act as a sponsor.
Getting better all the time
In 2021, SEGRO employees carried out 4,656 hours of training. Among the wide-ranging topics covered were mandatory training on Anti-Bribery and Corruption, Diversity and Inclusion and Cybersecurity, as well as personal development plans.
